important strategic industry as its foreign exchange earning rate is

time when the world economy is turning to a free economy system, the
department of tourism sets its educational goal as educating
non-governmental diplomats who can contribute to the development of
the nation's economy, tourism specialists with global sensitivity, and
experts of tourist management with a keen sense of duty and scientific
administrative skills.

¡ñ In the field of hotel business, work as hotel managers, F/O staff, sales promotion staff,
condominium managers (F/O staff included), managers of resorts and leisure towns, front
cashiers, banquet directors, F/B specialists, and so on.
¡ñ In the field of travel business, work as guides for foreign travelers,
tour conductors for overseas tourists, and tourism managers.
¡ñ Employed as flight attendants, counter staff, sales promotion agents
stationed in foreign countries, dealers and banker staff of casino business,
workers of the Korea Tourists Service, Inc. and the Travel Agents Association,
tourist development specialists, and managing staff of various tourist facilities.
